After we ship your products, we will email you a tracking number.
Tracking information can also be found in the orders section of your My Account. If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order here as well.
Please note that it can sometimes take up to a week for the number to become active in the system. During this time, it may say it is invalid. Your order is still on it's way.
Because all of our products are all hand-made in small batches, some orders can take 1-3 days for processing and packing before they are shipped out. This does not include weekends, holidays, or severe storms.
