Fees
Canada- $10 flat rate for orders up to $99 CAD
- Free Shipping for All Orders over $99 CAD
- For local orders picked up in person, choose Pickup option at checkout
- $30 flat rate for orders up to $149 CAD
- Free Shipping for All Orders over $150 CAD
Processing
We do our best to have most orders shipped out in 1-2 days. Most times our customers actually receive their order within 1 week of ordering. Some orders may take longer, especially if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. As all of our products are hand-made, orders could possibly take up to 5 business days to process.
Shipping
We ship to United States and Canada. Once shipped, please allow up to 10 days for delivery in the USA and 8 days for delivery in Canada. This does not include weekends, holidays, or severe storms affecting travel.
Standard shipping time within Canada is roughly 3-4 business days and to USA 4-6 business days.
Checking on the Status of an Order
We will send you an email to notify you when any changes have been made to the status of your order.
