Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Fees (Canada Only)

We currently ship within Canada only.

• $10 flat-rate shipping on orders up to $99 CAD

• Free shipping on all orders over $99 CAD

For local orders picked up in person, please select Pickup at checkout.

Order Processing

All products are handmade, and we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

• Most orders ship within 1–2 business days

• During busy periods or when orders include popular items, processing may take up to 5 business days

Most customers receive their orders within one week of placing an order.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, standard delivery times within Canada are approximately:

• 3–4 business days

Delivery times do not include weekends, holidays, or delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Status & Tracking

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take a few days to become active and will be updated once available.

You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your
Abbie’s Natural and Handmade Products account and selecting My Orders.
